29/03/2025 - Job Shadowing - to Stockholm / SwedenFrom March 23 to 29, 2025, as part of the Erasmus+ program, we were able, with Mrs. Ribeiro, Spanish teacher, to carry out a pedagogical observation internship at the Viktor Rydberg Gymnasium in Stockholm, with the help of Mrs. Sarah Von Sydow, art teacher, who had prepared a schedule of visits for us, with her colleagues. Nous avons assisté à des cours d'allemand, d'espagnol, de français, d'anglais et d'art en anglais et constaté des différences pédagogiques avec le système scolaire français; les élèves suédois prennent, effectivement, leurs cours sur un ordinateur portable prêté par l'établissement, qu'ils rendent en fin d'année et tous les manuels scolaires sont dématérialisés. Avant chaque cours, les téléphones portables sont déposés dans une bannette et un programme avec différentes activités est diffusé via un vidéoprojecteur et proposé aux élèves. Les activités sont multiples car un cours dure près de 2h40 avec 2 pauses. Many students therefore have neither pencil cases nor notebooks, which is not always appreciated by some Swedish colleagues, who believe that students manage their lessons better with notebooks or binders and that they are evolving in a system that is far too permissive. For our part, we really enjoyed this stay in Stockholm, which turns out to be a very interesting cultural city, which our students will, we hope, have the chance to discover, as part of a future Erasmus+ exchange, with this high school.
